Schaller Straplocks

This is what I do, never failed me and requires absolutely no mods.

Don't know man, maybe it's the finish on the bass, but they put some dings on there and believe me i'm uber careful with my basses.
I left them off my 2011 Deluxe.

My 1999 US standard Jazz has Schaller locks fitted. You still have to buy a set to get the bits that go on the strap anyway

The new Fenders that I purchased had the strap part included amongst the case candy. You can usually get individual bits from Ebay and Allparts.

Same here, never had any problems with Schallers.
