Thought nowt of it but just put the serial number printed on it into the Guitar Dater Project site and apparently its.... Im pretty certain its just the neck plate that MIGHT be real fender, The neck is a big chunky P bass neck with jumbo frets, it has a fender decal but fairly obviously added. Im flogging the body and neck, it started off as a project that i got bored off.
