tom1946
Hi, I've had a quick look for an answer to this but I'm obviously the only one with the problem When I go to reply to a topic there is often an advert sitting in the reply box, there is no way to close it so I have to use the longwinded version. Npower this time, why on earth are adverts allowed in there?
discreet
Our glorious sponsors? Forums cost money. Prepare to hush your mouth and moderate your language. Remember, everything is subservient to the dollar. Including your opinion.
wateroftyne
I may be wrong, but I think the OP is referring to the placement of the ad. It does sound a bit odd...
Kiwi
Could you please post a screen dump? What OS and browser are you using?
tom1946
Firefox Kiwi, it hasn't done it again today yet but I'll try a screendump next time. (Is that just ctrl & printscreen?) How do I post it after that?
ped
Shouldn't be anything in the reply box. All our ads are from sponsors who are bass specific though there is a 17% chance the top left banner will display something based on your browser history/cache or contents of the page, and a 50% chance of the bottom doing the same. I was changing some things around earlier today and updating some banners so that might have been it, but if it's still doing it a screen dump would be marvellous. Cheers ped
