KiOgon Posted October 29, 2011 Posted October 29, 2011 Good old photo' of Duck & his P, but where's the E string? Quote
Clarky Posted October 29, 2011 Posted October 29, 2011 (edited) Isn't that just a trick of the slightly upwards angle of the photo? Its exactly along the top edge of the board (there's no binding as evidenced by G board edge). He is bending the A slightly away from the E so the gap looks artificially large Edited October 29, 2011 by Clarky Quote
arthurhenry Posted October 29, 2011 Posted October 29, 2011 Is that a giant olive falling infront of his face? Quote

dave_bass5 Posted October 29, 2011 Posted October 29, 2011 Duck doesn't need 4 strings to sound good :-) Quote
EssentialTension Posted October 29, 2011 Posted October 29, 2011 ... and having just played the A string, his finger is resting against the E string and pushing it slightly towards the edge of the fingerboard. Quote
Kes Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011
He looks like Jack Osbourne.
Is that a banable offence? Quote
KevB Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 Of course all the purists will point out how bad his technique is with the thumb over the top, he's clearly never going to make it as a pro... Quote
