farmer61 Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 (edited) I'm thinning my collection of Gibson Thunderbirds, and need the funds for the latest hobby!!! My Black T'bird (not studio) which has signs of genuine roadware but plays like a dream, I've fitted flats on to it, if I recall it's a 1990 model. Comes with a fully functional but battered Brown oldstyle Gibson case with pink fluffy lining. (combination lock is not working, who locks cases anyway). Price is a fixed £650 (incl new picguard and Tone knobs). Original pickguard will be included, perfectly good just faded a tadge. The marks in the pic are wear not dents or deep scrathes, previous owner used it for it's proper purpose, I'm not and would like to thin my collection. It's a 22 year old bass that has miles under it's belt, it is not in prestine condition, nothing major though. Any questions please pm away, however I am not interested in any trades. I am based in Swindon but work in Brum so could meet enroute if required. Edited September 5, 2012 by farmer61

cocco Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 Ahhh I want one! Would you happen to know how the tone compares to a grabber?
Figas Posted October 31, 2011 Posted October 31, 2011 Wouldn't eventually be interested in trading with a Gibson Thunderbird Studio 5'er, also black and in mint condition
