Resisted for years but needed some advice and serial number data for my new 5 string Ray. I hear mostly bad things on here about them so time will tell, maybe I will declare myself the biggest fan ever then sell all my Rays in search of something more useable a year later?

I quite like the EBMM forum and its people, I am definitely a fan. Based on my experience since about a year back, I'm struggling to understand the negativity about it sometimes expressed on here, especially in view of it being a manufacturer's forum.

I tell you what Iain there is already some crazy replacement wood kits out there all at a price obviously, there is a flame maple for instance
