I've covered the inner wooden board (that is removable from the case itself) in speaker cloth, this acts as a great velcro. The dimensions are 800mm x 450mm. This case is discontinued and it seems that it has been replaced with a larger XXL version... It'll be £85 shipped. Looking for a pedaltrain 2 if you have to one to sell or trade? Thanks!
