SKB rack case fixings

Does anyone know where I can buy some mounting bolts etc for an SKB rack case?

Nope! I'm looking too, i can only find the studio rack spring-clip hardware.

As you have to buy the bolts as some sellers dont include with the case then anyone selling SKB cases.

Sod it - I just bought some nuts and bolts from B&Q, they seem to do the job.

I thought SKB cases had a funny thread so you had to buy their bolts.

As far as I know, the hole itself doesn't have a thread - it's the thing that slides over the hole that has the thread. I just used some small bolts secured (with some difficulty) with small nuts.

Do SKB racks have a hole about 9mm square? If so, we use this sort of thing at work, so i could err [i]source[/i] some for you, along with screws and nylon cup washers.

No - they are circular and not like a standard rack as you would use for servers... The screws and nylon cup washer would come in useful though!

I generally use humfrees for the bolts and washers. They do what their name suggests! (from StudioSpares)
