discreet Posted November 12, 2011 Posted November 12, 2011 What a racket! I like a tune you can whistle. This will never get into the hit parade. I'm ninety-three, you know! And so forth. Quote
Blademan_98 Posted November 12, 2011 Posted November 12, 2011 Hmmm £300 for the complete system Not my bag Quote
BT! Posted November 12, 2011 Author Posted November 12, 2011 It is horrid but crazy hand operated noise machines interest me Quote

risingson Posted November 12, 2011 Posted November 12, 2011 I don't like this kind of Dubstep at all but I must admit it was very impressive. Quote
JamieBenzies Posted November 12, 2011 Posted November 12, 2011 IMO the music is terrible but the potential of that device is staggering... I wish I had loads of money Quote
BigRedX Posted November 12, 2011 Posted November 12, 2011 Are you sure it's the Hot Hand you are interested in? For me all the cool sounds seemed to be generated by the keypad on the guitar. Of course a lot of the time with electronic music it's difficult to tell which musician is responsible for which sound. Quote

cytania Posted November 13, 2011 Posted November 13, 2011 Hot Hand? Is that the reason for the glove? And doesn't the guitarist have a blackberry embedded in his Les Paul? Quote
BigRedX Posted November 13, 2011 Posted November 13, 2011 (edited) The Hot Hand wireless adaptor is the glowy ring thing that the bassist is wearing on his right hand. Can't really hear what he's doing with it (if anything) though... Edited November 13, 2011 by BigRedX Quote

[/quote] Just listening to the sounds: There's only one sound happening at that time besides the drums yet the bassist is doing all the handwaving and the guitarist is working the 'blackberry' ... so you'd think it was the bassist manipulating the guitarists sounds. OTOH it appears to be the bassists pedalboard that has the soundblox pedal / hot hand plugin (check vid at 1:47) and I can't see anything similar on the guitarists board so who knows ? Andy Quote
