It does have some buckle-rash and dings etc, which I can photograph if neccesary, but only because it's been gigged a lot....because it's a great bass. I'm just LOVING my Precision at the moment and would prefer something thats somewhere between my P & J....hence interest in your PJ lol

No worries if not :)

Have you ever had the pickguard off? What's the routing like underneath? Does it extend beyond the third control knob to allow for another one?

Is there a dedicated space for a PP3 battery?

I know it's not an active bass, but I hear that some of the early Hot Rodded models had the above.

- popped in for a brew at Tim's and had a play. Superb fast neck between a J and P and mega tonal range - yum.
Top bloke to deal with. Buy it now!

May be it's just me but is this still for sale and the pic attachments did not appear for me. Interested but would like a look at it.

Cheers

Thanks Bill,

It was great to see you & Charlie again! Just hope that if you ever decide to part with that CS Jazz - it coincides with my lottery numbers coming good!

'How does the Custom Shop do it'?? I would have bet my house on it being an original - until I saw the CS logo on the reverse of the head - wow!!

All the best,

Tim

Would consider a cheaper bass, headless or fretless - (which may need to be lined as I'm rubbish)or both or WHY? or maybe an amp or small cab in p/x??

Hi James,

That's a beautiful looking instrument, but being such a rubbish player, I think I may struggle with it not being a lined fingerboard! Plus if memory serves I think the weight may be too much for my glass shoulder? But please PM with what deal you were thinking of & do you have anything else to trade? i.e. do you still have the Zoot?

All the best,

Tim

Hi, I did the exact same thing & missed it so much I bought it back, but now need a lined fretless for another project & unfortunately I won't be able to afford to keep 'both':( - I'm in sunny Stoke on Trent, 5 minutes from Junction 15 of the M6 and Trentham Gardens

Thank you for your interest

Or maybe even a Squier Classic Vibe P bass - the red one, or WHY??
