Anyone ordered strings fro Status?

Just wondering how long it took for them to arrive?
I ordered some a couple of weeks ago, I gave some wrong card info but after a phone call it was all sorted and paid for on the 8th, it's now the 14th should I chase it up yet?

I know Rob's been off sick for a few days so they may be catching up with a few things... they seem to be very busy even at the best of times.

It's about 3 or 4 working days since your order as they're closed at weekends, but probably wouldn't do any harm to give them a ring if you need the strings urgently.

I usually order strings from Status 2-3 times a year and haven't had any issues. Try giving them a call.

I've not bought strings from them (yet!), but I did buy a hard case several months ago. Delivery time was much longer than I have grown to expect - but I guess it was not ridiculously slow - about two weeks.

they're not exactly 'return of post', but i've never had any problems.

I buy all my strings from them and delivery varies between 3 days to two weeks.... but they always turn up at the right price and the correct product ordered.

I was going to say they are pretty fast when I have ordered strings, straps etc.

But their basses take months.

They do take a bit longer on delivery sometimes but they are great strings and seriously good value for money.

I've tried to buy them over the phone several times and only been successful once. Shame, because I'd like to try the round core set.

Every time I have ordered from Status, Dawn and her crew have been FANTASTIC.
Ordered yet another set yesterday morning (online) and they were here today.
Flats and rounds, bloody good strings, great prices and great service.
