franzbassist Posted November 14, 2011 Posted November 14, 2011 Hello all I want to give the board on my bass a light sand but need to get the right sanding block. I assume it'll be 9.5" radius but can anyone confirm this? Cheers Gareth Quote
Ou7shined Posted November 14, 2011 Posted November 14, 2011 I wouldn't be surprised if it was a 7.5". Here's some gauges in pdf format - although 7.5" isn't there it should give you a decent idea. franzbassist Posted November 15, 2011 Author Posted November 15, 2011 The radius template worked a treat, and it looks like it is 7.25" after all. Thanks for all the help people. Just need to deal with the ski jump choking the notes between the 17th and 19th frets now: sanding block anyone? Quote
