You need to request it by emailing [email="[email protected]"][email protected][/email] They've had issues with the download process on older windows OSes, apparently. bartelby Posted November 17, 2011 Author Share Posted November 17, 2011 (edited) TCE emailed back and suggested to give it another try (along with lots of questions about computer, OS etc). So, sceptically, I tried again (for the 5 time) and it worked!! The pedal must have known the mothership had been in contact!! I now have an updated pedal! EDIT: Mike at TCE has emailed back to say he replicated my issue once he'd updated his MacBook to the latest version of Lion 10.7.2 (build 11C74).
