munkonthehill Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 I think these have to be the coolest basses around. if I had the money or gear to swap I would be on this like a tramp on chips. Hope you get something sorted soon with it.
Telebass Posted January 2, 2012 Author Posted January 2, 2012 Many thanks. Bumpage also for new pics and other original post editing.

Waterboarder Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 Hi Tele, really like these - dont suppose there's an outside chance you would consider a trade for an Ampeg Dan Armstrong?
Telebass Posted January 3, 2012 Author Posted January 3, 2012 Hi WB, afraid not - not my thing at all, I'm afraid! Hell of an iconic bass, though! Having received the Yamaha BB425, about an hour ago, the 424 is now what I'm after, despite it having a Jazz-width nut (but not a Jazz-depth neck!).
Waterboarder Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 Cool, just thought I'd try my luck! If I can sell it I'd definitely be tempted to have a look at your 51 seeing as it looks like you're based nearby...
mckendrick Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012
Oh, I wasn't upset, each to his owm! C necks forever!
Correct. 'ickle skinny teeny-weeny ones. Bump.
Telebass Posted January 4, 2012 Author Posted January 4, 2012 Nah! Great big wide, flat, 1.75 inch ones! Now possibly traded!
