omikin
Are speakon connectors for amps and cabs all the same? And are they all 2 pole or 4 pole? I have a speakon to jack which I got with my head, but I'm changing it and I need to get speakon to speakon but I can see there are different types and I'm not sure which mine is. Thank you! pietruszka
I would imagine it would be 2 pole. Unscrew the casing at the plug and you'll see either 2 or 4 wires. Though the connections on the heads/cabs will all be the same. To my limited knowledge. Dan

icastle
NL4 plugs will only work in NL4 sockets. NL2 plugs will work in either NL2 or NL4 sockets. I generally just go for NL2 plugs wired 1+, 1- as a safe bet.
