basstech Posted November 17, 2011 Share Posted November 17, 2011 Thanks to all for responding to my amp issue - especially Darren at Bassmerchant (he was excellent/it's criminal they're closing down). One more question..when D tested my amp he went through RS210 and 212 spkrs which sounded great /very rich (using Spector). I ramped the amp up when I got home through BC210 & 212 (with amp set flat) and using WArwick corvette with brand new strings and sound is 'woody'/no real body. Could this be totally down to superiority of RS cabs??? The BCs are 250w and RS 400.. Cheers guys Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

They are no doubt built to a higher spec, can handle more power, and to me are quite neutral, but with a slight bump in the low mids which is what I like!
