Music shops, interesting places to visit in Ealing/Shepherd's Bush

Unless you're particularly into shopping centres Shepherds Bush is a bit of a non-starter. Although there are a few nice old Classic Cafes about on the Goldhawk Road - Zippy's is particularly worth it if you enjoy a cardiac arrest on a plate.

If you find a decent one let me know!

Edit: Just thought, Peter Cooks is just down the road from West Ealing. I haven't been there for donkey's years, but might be worth a look if you're really stuck for something to do.

There's nothing around there I would recommend. Why not hop on the Hammersmith & City line a couple of stops to Ladbroke Grove and wander along Portobello Road? Otherwise you will need to wander much further afield for decent music shops

District line Ealing Common to Westminster; destroy 'the system' and establish global anarcho-syndicalist commune.

Return to Westminster tube. Jubilee line to Bond St, change to Central line for Shepherd's Bush.
