Bassulike66 Posted November 19, 2011 Posted November 19, 2011 (edited) Hi all, Purchased this beastie from Phsycoandy several days ago. (Andy, i hope you don't mind me using your original post?!) As you will observe this fella has took a beating, i have since cleaned the fret board and given it a good dose of Dr Stringfellow Lem-oil which has brought it up lovely. I have lightly rubbed down the hand painted areas to reveal the wood, ( i just thought it looked better like that lol.) Restrung with a set of used stainless strings which still give plenty of punch and growl. All electronics are fully functional no issues. As Andy states, this would make a great relic project or just left as is.. My only reason as to why i have relisted this is due to the fact that i just ain't a jazz man! Only looking for a return on original purchase, £165 shipped or can collect/try out from Brereton in Staffordshire.
