Flanker Posted March 26, 2008 Posted March 26, 2008 (edited) Berg IP112 for sale in excellent condition. 500w powered cab (1000w when paired with another 8ohm cab.) Superb but I have a Aggie DB750 too and can't keep both. £850.00ono Milton Keynes. Edited April 2, 2008 by Flanker
molan Posted March 26, 2008 Posted March 26, 2008 Just checking - could run my bass straight through my baby Sadowsky outboard pre-amp into this?
6stringbassist Posted March 26, 2008 Posted March 26, 2008 Yes. You can actually just plug your bass in to the back, as long as you used a jack to XLR cable. These are fantastic, I have one.
poptart Posted March 26, 2008 Posted March 26, 2008
Superb but I have a Aggie DB750 too!
And a bad back!! Or are you now bringing a fork lift truck to gigs :-) Great cab, great price, great guy. Regards Mark
Flanker Posted March 27, 2008 Author Posted March 27, 2008
And a bad back!! Or are you now bringing a fork lift truck to gigs :-)
No I have a LittleMarkll as well. Regarding preamps for the IP,I've only used the LM or the DB750 as a pre for it. I think you need to try a few preamps to get the one that really suits but actually they all sound great. I have a HS210 cab which when paired with the 112 sounds huge. One of the main reasons for making this decision is that I can still pair the MarkBass head with my Epi212 cab or the HS210 so I really REALLY dont need all this gear! Off to the Gym now so that I can move my DB750 into the living room later on! I'll post some pics then.
Marcus Posted March 27, 2008 Posted March 27, 2008 Looks an interesting bit of Kit..... If I wasn't gassing after a DB750 with a Pair of DB112 cabs i'd be interested Have a bump on me !

Very neutral sounding which brings the true sound of the instrument out IMO. Steve
