Hi all,

It with great sorrow and heavy heart that i have to list this beastie.. :)

Due to the worlds slowest collision (8mph) with a deer last night (which deployed the passenger and drivers side airbag of my car.) has left me with a hefty repair bill!

Thus my offering of one of my beloved Ray's....

So without further a do...

It's a 2009/2010, four string 3EQ HS MM, Black, black, maple. The bass itself is in fantastic condition, no dings no dents no scratches very clean!

All electronics are good no issues....

No issues with neck, bass plays great and sounds huge. Varying sounds can be achieved when introducing the single coil pup.

Comes with original MM hardcase, cleaning cloth and allen keys, oh, and a bag of silicon. :)

Looking for £850 ovno shipped....Uk only please.

Collection form Brereton in Staffordshire if so desired, or will meet within a reasonable distance.

Will post daylight pics of bass tomorrow.

Cheers...

I would have thunk airbags should deploy when a certain g force is exceeded... maybe running into a solid wall at 8mph would do that, but surely not hitting a mobile object. It's actually rather dangerous if the airbags are going off when you don't need them as it makes it hard to control the vehicle through the 'second stage' of the collision. All of which is rather irrelevant unless you can persuade the car maker that the bags were faulty and should be stumping up the cash!

My thoughts exactly...my understanding is 30mph or above before an air bag is deployed. It also locked up the rear seat belt tensioners! I was taking my time through the lanes near to where i live, it came out on me instantly as i rounded a bend and was up and gone before i realized what had happened. Could of obviously been worse if i was going any faster or if there had been any other oncoming traffic. Rather a surreal moment seeing airbags hurtling toward your face! I have a friend who is the head mechanic at a local Saab dealer who will make some noises for me. I don't hold much hope though as its 2004 Aero out of warranty and serviced by independent garages. Been there before with dealers and so on, soulless creatures with black hearts!

Anyone want to buy a bass?!?! :)
