I have an Epifani UL 502 and I keep looking at this cool amp - [url="http://www.epifani.com/products/UL_Piccolo.php"]http://www.epifani.com/products/UL_Piccolo.php[/url] Does the Piccolo amp sound pretty much the same as the UL 502 just a bit lighter to lift and built into a smaller case? what are your thoughts and oppions etc ?? Epifani Martin Posted December 19, 2011 Share Posted December 19, 2011 Hi, The Piccolo is voiced differently than any previous Epifani amp. it's a bit richer in the mid-bass, and this seems to make a substantial difference to players that have heard it. We're getting a lot of very positive comments back about the clarity, 'full note' sound and that you can go 'tube' with the front-panel vintage button.
