Markbass CMD121p not sounding as bright as it used to

I've played it roughly 24 hours, (mostly for gigs) gain around 11 o'clock, master around the same, EQ fairly flat.

Something to do with the tweeter?

Hey guys, I never thought about my strings. That's a damn good point.

Turning the treble up does indeed make a hiss.
