Cairobill Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 (edited) Sold to victor! Enjoy, it's a stunning bass. N Edited December 7, 2011 by Cairobill
bassplace Posted December 3, 2011 Posted December 3, 2011 Bump for ACG. I have a Harlot, #54, fantastic bass. Ridiculous price for a 6er.
giblett123 Posted December 3, 2011 Posted December 3, 2011 Another bump for the ACG, I had this one from new and if I had enough chops for a 6 I would have kept it; a seriously good bass at a great price, new they go for more than double this!
rumour6 Posted December 3, 2011 Posted December 3, 2011 I have a 5 (Fretless) on order.. can't wait.. these are fabulously built instruments. Good luck...as you say, silly price for what this is.
Chris2112 Posted December 6, 2011 Posted December 6, 2011 Seriously nice sounding bass. And a very different tone to my ACG, which is interesting! Mind you, mind is mahogany bodied, maple necked and with big humbuckers so it's more of a Wal sound, rather than this tweaked 'super jazz' sound!
Cairobill Posted December 6, 2011 Author Posted December 6, 2011 Yeah, I was missing the snappy, ash bodied J sound and went for it. Very nice bass. Pao Ferro inhabits this middle ground between maple and rosewood it seems. Got heaps of mid range poke! N
TorVic Posted December 7, 2011 Posted December 7, 2011 It was a pleasure dealing with you! The Bass has so much character! It is a treasure trove of sounds. And it is so easy to play though it is a 6 string. I am going to be spending a lot of time with this one! I have a feeling this one might be a keeper! Cheers!
