davebass66
Bit random I know but hear me out..... Having just sold my markbass head on here I suddenly had a thought, is it standard practice to give the buyer the kettle lead with the amp head or would it not be expected?! I know this seems like a stupid question, but i haven't ever sold a head on here before! Advice appreciated! Dave
MrRatty
When buying new you tend to get the power lead supplied so I would expect the same when buying second-hand.
stingrayPete1977
I just bought one and sold another, leads given and received!
chris_b
I would supply a mains lead and any other specialist leads, like the ones you get with TC amps. But if you're buying second-hand you're not always provided with the leads.
JTUK
Of course you give them the kettle lead.

stingrayPete1977
I never use the supplied lead as I have a special one I made that's orange to stop it getting nicked at gigs and about 5 metres long so it reaches the often lone socket in the dog and partridge! pete.young
If your gear is PAT'd, the lead will be associated with the amp and both will be valid for the same period. Leads that are tested independently only get a 12-month ticket.
4-string-thing
I sold a head on here a while back, and while I intended to give them a power lead, I forgot to put in the box when packing it up for postage. Apologies if it was you who bought my Ashdown! Maybe thats why they never left me any feedback?
