bassintheface
Hello all, just a quickie, and a bit short notice at that but a teacher friend is after bass guitar notation (TAB at a push) for this song for a school Christmas concert next week!! Nothing like being organised .......... Does anyone have anything? Thanks all!!
Hobbayne
Heres the chords http://tabs.ultimate-guitar.com/s/shakin_stevens/merry_christmas_everyone_crd.htm Bass part not too taxing, just root 5th patterns IIRC
bassintheface
Yeah, thanks for that but he's after the notation as it's for a 15 yr old to play in a concert / school production. I don't think he wants to sit and transcribe it - he's pretty busy at the moment I think. I'll probably end up having to do it ........if I can grab 15 mins!! If anyone has already transcribed it would you mind?? please! Hhe wants to rehearse it tomorrow apparently!

stevie
[attachment=94751:Merry Christma.pdf] You'll have to change the suffix to .pdf. This it will open. Edited December 7, 2011 by stevie

stevie
Anyone else have that problem? It opens up fine on my machine, although that's not surprising. I didn't think PDFs needed special fonts.
TKenrick
I did one last year following a request from a student, hopefully this helps! Tom
