Are Kramer any good?

Hey every one, so I was casually torturing myself looking at pretty basses I cant afford and stumbled across this beauty [url="http://www.gak.co.uk/en/kramer-disciple-bass-pearl-white/30629"]http://www.gak.co.uk...arl-white/30629[/url] and immediately fell in love.

has any one had any experiences with Kramer basses? Ive only ever seen their guitars from videos from the 80's and to be honest I thought they finished in the 80's aswell so I was a bit shocked when I seen it.

I was in a band with a guitarist who swore by his spiky purple Kramer thing. Fit and finish wasn't great, and it had a muddier tone than I'd have liked. Never seen their basses before though, and if you like something it's ALWAYS worth a try

I found one review some one scanned from a magazine which was a good one. I think im going to get it next year and hope for the best
