J retro and active emg's

Hey all, recently bought a j retro off these forums.

Unfortunatley when i bought them i forgot about the amount of space in the cavity. I already have a set of active emg pickups in my j bass which run off a 9v battery.

Would it be possible to run both the j retro and the emg pickups off the same battery or would routing the body to fit another battery in be the only option available if i was to do this?

Mine runs off one battery. It'll be fine and I don't find the battery discharges any worse at all. Lasts months and I end up changing a good battery "just in case".
