Hewlett Packard 1 Gb RAM module

I've got a box containing one DIMM stick of 1Gb PC3200 DDR400 CL3 RAM. I bought it in error years ago and forgot about it. The stick has only ever been fitted to a PC once very briefly so its in near mint condition.

Any reasonable offer considered.
