Do Thomann usually provide a tracking number?

My recollection is that they do but this time I don't seem to have one.

Too far back to remember, but what I do remember is that it arrived the day after they said it was shipped, next day delivery - from Germany!

I ordered a pair of studio reference monitors from them a few weeks ago and they gave me a tracking number. I got an email each time the tracking stage changed (i.e. as it passed through each depot) too. Get in touch with them, they answered an email enquiry that I sent quite quickly. Pretty good service I thought.

There should be a link on the email sent when it has been shipped. There should be a link about 2/3 of the way down the page to check progress.

I got an order placed last Friday delivered yesterday, yet a 1st Class letter posted last Tuesday still hasn't arrived in Morecambe.

Seems strange because when I check the order at Thomann it says 'All items shipped on this order' but I've not had the email confirming shipping.

They are obviously down the biergarten by now so I'll call them tomorrow.

I've always had a tracking number from them.

i normally get a tracking number from them but sometimes it stops at an airport in Germany got the item the next day tho

Sorted. You get a tracking number when it's someone like DHL, for a smaller parcel, but when it's a freight handler for a larger parcel then there is no tracking number. Instead you get phone calls.

I didn`t get a tracking number or phone call. But, they told me I would be contacted within 7 - 10 working days about the delivery of my item, and it turned up in 4 working days, so I have no complaints.

If mine arrives as arranged it will be three working days.
