la bam Posted December 26, 2011 Posted December 26, 2011 Reluctantly selling my 1970s Arbiter SG Twin Neck. Its a 4 string bass and 6 string guitar. Superb sounds and variations of sound. Stunning looks - REALLY stunning. Comes with hard case and extra pickup selectors and scratchplates. 3 pole positions switches between bass, guitar and both (so you can play both at once. A few scratches as expected from a loved item that is 30-40 years old (can supply more photos if necessary). Looking around £350-400 (the twin guitar necks are going £700ish - and these are even rarer!) Pickup Bolton - Lancs
FlatEric Posted December 26, 2011 Posted December 26, 2011 Hi. I have the 12 + 6 Version. Your pick-ups and bridge look different to others I've seen. Any chance of a closer shot of these? Cheers.
la bam Posted December 26, 2011 Author Posted December 26, 2011 Hi, I'll sort some out no problem. I was told the bass bridge had been upgraded but dont know with what - i havent changed anything myself, I'll post the pics later today, Thanks
la bam Posted December 26, 2011 Author Posted December 26, 2011 Here are the photos as requested - as usual the flash emphasises scratches and colour etc There doesnt seem to be any name/make on the pickups or bridge - the bridge looks real heavy duty. Like I say I havent done anything to the bass myself, this is how I bought it, but will try best to answer any questions etc. http://i663.photobucket.com/albums/uu354/ttfunk/g3.jpg http://i663.photobucket.com/albums/uu354/ttfunk/g4.jpg http://i663.photobucket.com/albums/uu354/ttfunk/g5.jpg http://i663.photobucket.com/albums/uu354/ttfunk/g6.jpg http://i663.photobucket.com/albums/uu354/ttfunk/g7.jpg http://i663.photobucket.com/albums/uu354/ttfunk/g8.jpg http://i663.photobucket.com/albums/uu354/ttfunk/g9.jpg
