captain black Posted December 27, 2011 Posted December 27, 2011 (edited) Hi, Hmmm, bit up in the air with this one. Bought this to see how I got on with 5strings. I managed no problem and I've ended up working a few tracks into the set and, though I've really enjoyed this bass, I prefer passive fender style basses. So that's what I'd like to trade-wise. Not sure if there'll be many takers and If I end up keeping it that'll be fine too. As the photo shows there are some very light scratches on the edge of the body which were there when I got it (the photos make it look worse than they are really). Hamster Posted December 31, 2011 Posted December 31, 2011 Let me know if you think about a straight sale - the only bass I have to trade is a handmade Jazz shape active fretless, which I don't think you'd go for.
captain black Posted December 31, 2011 Author Posted December 31, 2011 (edited) Hiya Hamster, Yep I probably would, in the hope of picking up another bass sharpish. PM'd Edited December 31, 2011 by captain black
TorVic Posted January 7, 2012 Posted January 7, 2012 Hi, Would you be interested in this: http://basschat.co.uk/topic/164214-fs-fender-precision-62-reissue-cij-2005-from-london-l550-ono/
captain black Posted January 7, 2012 Author Posted January 7, 2012 @Torvic Sorry, I'm leaning more towards a 5 string Fender or Sandberg with passive Pickups or active/passive. I have a nice Precision already. Cheers. Ben, I'd rather trade. But, as for a sale price, I would need to find another 5 string pretty sharpish, so how about £675?
captain black Posted January 9, 2012 Author Posted January 9, 2012 Price drop (650) and no longer for trade.
warwickhunt Posted January 9, 2012 Posted January 9, 2012 That has to be a good price for a NT Euro Spector with quilted top!
captain black Posted January 9, 2012 Author Posted January 9, 2012 Cheers John, Need to shift this now though. One in one out!
warwickhunt Posted January 9, 2012 Posted January 9, 2012
One in one out!
'One in one out'... yep tried that once or twice and it never quite went to plan!
captain black Posted January 12, 2012 Author Posted January 12, 2012 Withdrawn. Common sense prevails.
