krispn Posted December 28, 2011 Posted December 28, 2011 (edited) The bass has since had a Dimarzio Will Power fitted with all black pick up covers but this will give you an idea Edited December 29, 2012 by krispn
krispn Posted December 29, 2011 Author Posted December 29, 2011 Bump for the 'Roger Waters on a budget' bass but with a nicer neck and outstanding bridge Sounds really nice with flat wound strings as I discovered this morning
danweb22 Posted February 6, 2012 Posted February 6, 2012 I believe these are basswood bodies? Rather than alder? I know mine is! Bump for a great bass either way
krispn Posted February 14, 2012 Author Posted February 14, 2012 Yeah you are right. I thought I'd updated that but will do immediately!

krispn Posted March 3, 2012 Author Posted March 3, 2012 Will trade for a Sterling by Musicman Ray34 or SB14 bump or if you wanna discuss trading for an actual StingRay with cash adjustment from me drop me a PM
krispn Posted March 3, 2012 Author Posted March 3, 2012 1043 views and nont a nibble? Price too high, people just interested in having a look? Trade options added and don't undersell this just due to the Squier badge. I have been torn from putting the pick up from my Mike Dirnt P into this and selling the dirnt as this is such a light, well balanced bass. It oozes build quality, playability ( thanks to the slighty, and just slightly slimmer neck its not jazz by any standard but just a little refined from the usual fender P shape). The output is loud with a naturally bright tone but responds beautifully to the rewired electronics. If it doesn't shift in 2 weeks I'm gonna swap p/u's and use it for a gig at the end of March. The I'll make my mind up. Cheers for looking!
