Paul Lynch
Hey guys, new guy here and I don't just mean to the forum! I played guitar in my youth up until I was 26 or so. I then settled down and got hitched and had a son. I never as much as really even looked at a guitar until my boy started learning a couple of years ago. He settled on the bass and I bought him one in February. I must admit I never paid much attention to bass lines probably because I rarely played with a bassist, usually just a couple of acoustic guitars and I was happy. Now after hearing the sounds reverberating from the kids room has really got me hooked and I want to learn myself. I have bought a decent cheap bass, a Tokai branded "Cort GB334 A" active bass for £90 from Gumtree and I'm ready to learn some basic stuff to get me started. Any words of advice you can offer? Thank's, Paul
