mcnach
Why did you sign for the bass and agree to accept it if it was damaged?
There was no sign of damage from the outside. It was a soft gigbag. You can hit it and damage the instrument inside but show no obvious marks: it will not dent etc, so unless a hole is ripped...
mcnach
and Paypal has refunded me already. That was easy in the end. I wish we had just sorted it between us, the case seemed very clear... I am pretty sure the seller will be extra vigilant regarding packaging in the future. Edit: interesting, it says the refund will be effective on the 9th of January (eCheque?), and on my Paypal appears as "pending". Curious. Glad it's just £14. Is this how it will happen if it were say £400? THAT would annoy me Edited January 2, 2012 by mcnach
