Disassociate Facebook account and email notification

Hi, if I disassociate my Facebook account I can't seem to log in directly onto basschat though I have an email address and password set. I'm not clear whether disassociating FB removes my BC account completely or if I've found a bug?

Point of the exercise is to get my email notifications working ...

All my notifications were mysteriously disabled around the time of the facelift,might be worth checking all your personal settings again.

Thanks Kiwi, it's not server settings, haven't figured out what's doing it yet ... I have two accounts subscribed at the moment, both created since the facelift. The EdwardCunliffe one created with a Facebook login doesn't receive any notifications, the new Stratosphere account created directly on BassChat does.

Registering alts is something we'd like to discourage. However one of the features of the new forum software is the ability to combine posts from two accounts into one. So if you want to keep the stratosphere account, we could transfer the posts from your other account to the one which is sending you notifications. After thats done we could even rename the stratosphere account back to EdwardCunliffe.

Yeah apologies for that, I'll remove the Facebook linked account and keep the working one I think.

silly me . I found it. also all my notification had been switched off by whatever.
