Looking to get my hands on something that can do similar things to this bad boy mostly the glitch type functions

The ancient Boss DD3 has a hold function that does between 12.5ms and 800ms. Works in a fairly similar way to the pedal in the vid, set it to the hold function, set your delay time and it will record/loop the last thing you played for as long as the pedal is held down.

I can't hear the clip but I think the EHX Freeze is similar to the DD3 hold

From what I understand of the Freeze, it smooths out whatever you played into a continuous tone although I may be wrong. I'm too lazy to check the demo video.

You can also get the sound Graham Coxon makes at the end of each verse riff on Blurs 'On Your Own' with the DD3. 1st 3 controls on full, the last one on the shortest delay setting.
