7string Posted January 7, 2012 Posted January 7, 2012 How about a James Tyler 4 string. That Sei is the only bass I'd ever trade it for. (It came from the Bass Gallery as well) To everyone else reading this, I've played that Melt bass a few times and it is awesome.
pierreganseman Posted January 7, 2012 Author Posted January 7, 2012 (edited) hmh sorry but i know nothing about james tyler bass sorry for the ignorance (btw your nine string is a MONSTER ) Edited January 7, 2012 by pierreganseman
7string Posted January 7, 2012 Posted January 7, 2012 Fair enough!! Tyler's best known for his guitars. The colours of which include 'Burning Water' and 'Psychedelic Vomit' ! If the Sei was a 5 string I would have bought it outright.
pierreganseman Posted January 7, 2012 Author Posted January 7, 2012 'Psychedelic Vomit' LOL is it a stunning bass as you know
pierreganseman Posted January 7, 2012 Author Posted January 7, 2012 http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=vcsxF8T9150 sound sample btw, it is NOT me on the video but the owner for who the bass was made
lozbass Posted January 7, 2012 Posted January 7, 2012 I've played this bass a few times too - absolutely outstanding - incredibly easy to get around on and the usual fabulous SEI craftwork
pierreganseman Posted January 7, 2012 Author Posted January 7, 2012 replied, looking to sell too, so offers VERY welcome, if picked up from london
4000 Posted January 8, 2012 Posted January 8, 2012 I owned this and it's one of the best basses I've ever played, never mind owned. This was one of the ones I really shouldn't have sold. It's light as a feather, incredibly comfortable and a dream to play. Best of luck Monsieur P!
pierreganseman Posted January 8, 2012 Author Posted January 8, 2012 thx buddy it really is a GREAT ONE
