beardy_sev Posted January 9, 2012 Posted January 9, 2012 (edited) So I'm thinking about sell my Mesa Boogie D-180 head. Had it about 3 years, had 1 service in that time and hasn't been overly gigged. Everything works but some of the dials are a bit crackerly, nothing I'm sure can't be sorted easily. Some cosmectic scratches, but hey it's 20 years old!!!! Great sounding head, most people are after the 400 or 400+, but this is just as good sound wise. What some people say - http://www.harmonyce.../products/82167 Mannual for tech spec - http://www.mesaboogi...Power%20Amp.pdf I was thinking about £550 ish, but open to offers. Live in Leicester, would consider part ex for genz benz shuttlemax or bergantino cabs. get in touch if your interested. cheers beardy sev Edited January 22, 2012 by beardy_sev
winterfire666 Posted January 9, 2012 Posted January 9, 2012 i want this, but i would die at the hands of my loving wife.
tayste_2000 Posted January 9, 2012 Posted January 9, 2012 Nice first one I've seen in the uk, great thing about these are they half the tubes of the 400+ which is impossible to overdrive without killing people, also less tubes means cheaper servicing. These are great amps if I wasn't such a Matamp hound I'd have had this. Good luck with the sale, whoever buys this is very lucky
beardy_sev Posted January 10, 2012 Author Posted January 10, 2012 Cheers for all the interest people. Have been PM'd (a lot!), so just gotta decide whether to part with it
