Help me name the song

Hey folks I need a wee bit of help.

I am trying to remember an old folk tune that has nearly left my memory banks.

All I remember is the chorus goes 'singing toolala a foddle doo da da'

And the story of the song is about an Irish female who hits a copper with the straps of her bra!!!!!

Not alot to go on I know but if it springs to anyones mind then please let me know.
