warwickhunt Posted January 20, 2012 Posted January 20, 2012 Not sure about exact models but I've never had any problems with soloed MEC Jazz style pups in the NT active basses and I doubt that would be different to the rest of the range. Not sure that any of the MEC J pups are single coil passive so it'll not be an issue. Quote

It's never caused a problem on stage, but it's a real pain in an orchestra pit when surrounded by power cables, little transformers for keyboards and music stand lights etc etc. as you have to be super quiet between songs.
