It has done the odd gig with cello in my wife's band (not me playing!) and sounded great. That was with a Schertler dyn straight into the passive input. The para eq is very useful. Only reason I'm selling is I've got a very long tour coming up and can't bring it with me, so I might as well get some cash for the pre CBS precision fund
