Root-Note
Hi, can anyone help me I have been looking for a bass pedal that could replicate (or at least sound kind of like) the bass from Eurhythmics' Sweet Dreams and New orders Blue Monday, I don't know much about effects pedals (apart from the 'Boss SYB-5'), please could someone give me an idea of what to look for. Immo
I personally admire EHX Bass Micro Synth. Very high on my GAS list. Really good pedal. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ze4flWZENMA
simwells
Personally I went with the Markbass Super Synth and have been very happy with it. Unless you want to go with one of the units that requires a specific pickup to be attached to your bass the main units are the Boss SYB5/3, Markbass Super Synth, EHX Micro Synth, Korg G5 and Chunk Systems Octavius Squeezer. lxxwj
I'm pretty sure you could plug a bass into one of those Atomosynth modules, that would be awesome. At least, if you had a midi pickup.. FrederikVanDuuren
My prefered all-in-one system is the ROLAND VB-99 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fR4irecPRrA

Not sure about the sound, I haven't found many good sound clips/videos..
Root-Note
Cheers for the replies guys (sorry about the long 2 month delay, I just found out how to check on replies...), one of the tutors at my college said about the 'EHX Bass Micro Synth' and said it works very well, hopefully I can find one to try it out. ...Also the 'Krakken' looks super-sweet.
