gjones Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 I can work out the part easily enough. I just can't play it at that awsome speed. Who is that masked man? Quote

oldslapper Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 You can always tell how good a drummer is by the number of drums in their kit..... That fella was super.......oooh it's snowing. Quote

EssentialTension Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 Yep, two drums, one precision bass and two pairs of sunglasses; it's all you need. Quote

oldslapper Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 Not suggesting that a drummer with a huge kit can't be good mind. But you have to be good to "work" a small kit. I couldn't possibly use the same adage about us bass players of course....;-) Quote

Machines Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 Loved that video. Sounds like flats on that P bass ? Quote

[/quote] I emailed him and he replied. Nice guy. He said he thinks they are rounds on that video. He uses half rounds now. The set he has on his bass at the moment has been on there for over a year now. Quote
Machines Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 Ah that explains it then . That's pretty much the sound i'm trying to get from mine but it's just too bright at the moment (and cutting the treble muffles the mids too much). Quote
