karlfer Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 Curious on this one. Anybody got any info? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/180808278849?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649 Quote
crez5150 Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 I think you'll find that's not a status as in Status Graphite..... these come up on e-bay now and then.... Quote
BassBus Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 (edited) Don't be fooled by this. These come up on ebay from time to time. It is not THE Status in Colchester. Some cheap jazz copy and the prices they go for reflect that. Ah crez beat me to it. Edited February 4, 2012 by BassBus Quote
karlfer Posted February 4, 2012 Author Posted February 4, 2012 Thanks for that guys, thought the tuners and truss rod cover looked very generic Japanese 70's ish. Nice looking board and neck though. Quote
Chairleg Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 I had one of these as my first bass in the 70's. Not bad as a starter bass. Streets ahead of the Sattelites amd Kays that were around then. The last one I saw for sale was up for £200. Quote
BassBus Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 If you want a real Status Jazz bass, how about this. Quote
