Dave Tipping
... It's got to be Black eyed peas "tonights gonna be a good night". It winds me up some nights you nail a bit of rush etc. Which gets little response ... Then you repeat the same four notes along with a sample and the crowd go wild! It leaves me hating the world! Thunderthumbs
Last covers band I joined had "Hero" by Enriqure Inglesias on the set list. I basically put my foot down and told them I just wouldn't do it. Not very often I've done that, but absolutely no f'ing chance.

Mykesbass
Current band I'm really lucky and don't have one but from last band, "Summer of 69" is the one I never want to do again.

Adrenochrome
We did do "In Believe In A Fing Called " by t'Darkness which I loathed but currently nothing. skej21
Got to be Dakota by Stereophonics. Just an INSANELY boring song from all aspects and even the crowd looks bored until the token 10 seconds of screaming 'you make feeeeeeel like the one!' 'kin awful song! LemonCello
'Knock on wood' from last band, still gives me the eebeegeebeegees every time I hear it!
ahpook
i couldn't stand 'sex on fire' until the covers band i'm in started doing jt. now i actually think it's a tidy little bassline that fits the song well, and i enjoy playing it. we do 'dakota' as well, which isn't my favourie song in the world, but i try to take the view that, well....it's a covers band. it'll be as enjoyable as i let it be. Thor
Stuck in the Middle - "Well I don't know why I came here tonight" - have played this in 3 out of the last 5 bands I've played with (each time through gritted teeth).
Protium
Pretty much all the covers we covered in a covers band I was in, mainly the rubbish bits of classic rock. Being told I was playing 'smoke on the water' wrong, by not following the guitar was the last straw

Lozz196
I`m lucky in that I like all the songs we do. In the past we used to do Somebody Put Something in My Drink, by The Ramones, and I don`t like that for some reason, bit other than that, all are good with me. lxxwj
"Clocks" by Coldplay. Decent song by all accounts, but after practicing it so many times (and with a bad guitarist and keyboardist too), I couldn't listen to any Coldplay for months afterward. eddiehoffmann
Many, but the one I really hate is 'You Can Call Me All', by Paul Simon. I never liked Paul Simon, but the drummer in one of my bands is a massive fan and on top of it he wants to sing this song. I already told everybody I absolutely hate it, but I guess the more I say it, the more they want to play it, so I gave up.
