ben604 Posted February 6, 2012 Posted February 6, 2012 (edited) We've bought a new PA, so we need to shift our old one. This was our first PA purchase and it's done us proud so far, never lacked any headroom even in bigger spaces with audiences of up to 200 people. We've run just vocals, vocals and drums and vocals, drums & bass through it with no issues. In fact, with my Ampeg SVP, the bass through this sounded outstanding. They're designed as full range cabs for use on the floor (one heavy duty tripod is included as they can be mounted), so they've got plenty of bottom end and only need a sub for, well, sub frequencies. Kick drums and bass sound great just through these tops. It's an active system, very easy to set up, just a couple of XLRs (or one lead for mono) from your desk to each of the tops. It consists of: 2 x Mackie SR1521z 15"/1.75" Tops - 400w each The Tops went for £550 each, so we're selling 2 for the price of one! They're in pretty good physical condition, but they are used, so there are some scrapes, but no bare wood showing and in full working order. Oh yeah - up in the North West - Birkenhead, Wirral, to be exact. Any trial welcome in our practice room. Edited March 30, 2012 by ben604
