99ster
"Darren Thompson contracted so violently when he was electrocuted at San Cornelius prison, in 1967, that the arms of the chair broke. The pieces were used by William Muldover to repair an old bass electric guitar he played in the prison church ensemble "The Caged Angels" . . . Might explain the odd, but pleasant, tone." Vinny
What a fantastic-looking thing. WANT!!! I can see an old teardrop-needle moving coil gauge in it for no other reason than it would just fit the look of it. Lovely. (Must not go fetch toolbox, do not go fetch toolbox, you will only f*** up a perfectly good bass, do not go fetch toolbox........)

Vinny
Forgot to add that the stuff about the prisoner sounds like horsesh*t to me. Doesn't stop it from being a fabbo looking bass, though.
