Help! Need advice/parts for project. (turning acoustic guitar into novelty amp)

Hey,

A friend bought an 80's hohner acoustic and it turned out to be a right off. It looks spot on but the neck has been damaged and is completely unplayable... So we want to turn it into a novelty amp I need a half decent 4 inch speaker and the other various parts to knock up a mini amp that I can mount on the inside of the guitar.

Ideas? Advice? Parts? Help appreciated

I think it's solar powered too.
