KiOgon
Just saw this offer & thought it looks good - don't know anything about them http://www.andertons.co.uk/bass-combos/pid23176/cid687/ashdown-220-touring-1x12-220w-bass-amp.asp
Adrenochrome
I wonder if it'd drive an extension cab? Could be neat amp for practice then add a cab for gigging...
JTUK
I know/knew of a place selling a TE210 combo and a Ashdown115 combo..both around £250...in Kent as well, last time I looked. ext cab and they would produce 300w plus, IIRC.. I can't make out why they are still there.
Dave Vader
I have been looking at these too, and nobody seems to have tried one yet...
Budgetneil
The manual from Ashdown site says it's got 2 speaker sockets so looks promising for an extension cab. From memory, they only give you the full wattage with an extra cab to take the load down to 4ohms, 220w with an extension, ~150ish with internal speaker only I guess. phatbass787
Most Ashdown combos run extension cabs so would say this one does, same preamp as the 550 spider which is a sweet sounding amp so reckon this would be the same but quieter? Could add on one on the red 112 cabs they do and have a cracking little 212 rig!
