discreet
Totally different from the last track I posted, which will be a relief to some, obviously... This is my previous band (I suppose you'd call it Rock), which imploded spectacularly due to the fact we based our careers on the hope that the singer (a heroin addict and alcoholic) wouldn't do any more smack or get pissed... http://soundcloud.co...-matter/s-xevkx Of course we were bitterly disappointed. During our last gig he was, ah... unable to perform. Rock 'n' Roll! The track is called 'Does It Matter?', and I think you'll agree that it probably doesn't. Feedback welcomed... be brutal. The band is no more. Edited February 10, 2012 by discreet
Rumple
I like that, it's got old school Goth written all over it.

Dad3353
Totally different from the last track I posted, which will be a relief to some, obviously... ...
Shame on you, building my hopes up like that..! For a few seconds I thought I was to get something reasonably good to listen to. Serves me right, I suppose. I'd genuinely like to come across a fresh track which could inspire a tiny spark of what I heard 'back then'. Bl**dy old age; prhaps those magic tones are now those that I can't here (drowned by tinitus...)..? Sorry, lad, but I'm somewhat underwhelmed by the insistant bass riff, another drum track I'm glad not to be associated with, a monochordal pale Manson droning on about who knows what, sporadic excited girly samples trying to liven up a rather (literally...) dead-beat rhythm. So, I didn't like it that much (or had you guessed..?). Please don't take umbrage; you did ask for opinions, and I'm quite used to being out of line (I don't do it on purpose, honestly; I'd love to love some pop stuff, just never come across any that hold a candle to Fairport Convention, or Grateful Dead, or Joni Mitchell, or ........). OK, I'll try the next one, just to please you, but it'd better be darned good, or you'll have lost another (potential...) fan. (Damn..! Been dribbling on the keyboard again... Damned old age...)
